當今的英語教學特別強調對學生的能力培養，即用英語進行聽，說，讀，寫的能力。在教學實踐中，要有效提高學生的寫作能力並非易事，只有把寫作教學與英語基礎知識教學，語言基本能力訓練及相關練習評價結合起來，才能逐步培養學生的英語思維習慣及語言感知能力，進而為提高學生的寫作能力奠定基礎。
由於英漢兩種語言在語法結構，表達方式，思維習慣存在的差異直接影響了學生的寫作能力，因而教學中要務必強化學生的聽，說，讀等方面的能力，並在訓練中讓學生掌握最基本的詞法，句法及語法，進而才能促使學生准確的表達思想，完成寫作，並達到新課標對寫作教學的要求。
一：要重視教材中的詞彙教學。
通過詞綴，詞性轉化等構詞知識，擴充學生的詞彙量及記憶能力的提高，同時鼓勵學生進行口筆頭造句，先易後難，正確運用句型，逐步培養學生在詞彙學習中正確運用句子表達含義的能力。
二：強化閱讀及背誦，並在模仿練習中加強寫作能力。
閱讀是語言學習的廣泛模式，而範文背誦則強化拓展了這一模式。通過大量有效的閱讀及背誦，增強了學生的英語語感，學生認讀了大量的英語詞彙及句型，同時也為學生提供了很好的寫作框架，並為學生的遣詞造句，模仿寫作提供了堅實的基礎。
三：日常教學中要重視學生的動詞及短語學習，強化學生的動詞決定句型的意識，並在口筆頭訓練中拓展時態，語態和語氣的學習。同時要引導學生就課文中出現的重點詞彙，經典例句等進行歸納總結，模仿練習，提高學生的語言變通能力，並在變通中增強英語寫作能力。
四：落實寫作訓練。
教師教學中要將聽，說，讀，寫貫穿於教學的始終。聽，說，讀為學生的寫作奠定了廣泛的基礎，而寫作則是對前者的綜合反饋。首先是機械的寫作，如默寫和聽寫，再者就是開展創造性的寫作。在聽，說，讀等教學環節中均可突出寫作的目標和要求，如句型轉換，句子改寫，縮寫及擴寫均是提高學生寫作能力的重要手段。
五：評價可以激發學生寫作的積極性，並在寫作教學中發揮著重要作用。
1． 教師要認真批閱學生的寫作練習，並給予正確的評價，也可讓學生本人在課堂上讀給其他學生聽，並讓其他學生從中得到啟迪。
2． 讓學生互批作文，或者進行小組討論，讓學生發現或糾正寫作過程中存在的問題，並在相互批閱中提高糾錯及寫作能力。
3． 加強學生對英語範文的背誦，並在此基礎上進行大量的仿寫訓練。
總之，學生寫作能力的提高要得益於英語的聽，說，讀的有效學習，同時要從學生的實際出發，經過長期反復和多種形式的練習，學生的寫作能力才能進一步得到提高。

• 一直以來,有關初中英語寫作教學的研究源源不斷,但對於版寫作評價與反饋的課堂教學的研究並不多。本文權通過一課例對寫作評價與反饋的課堂教學進行敘事研究,旨在探索初中英語寫作評價與反饋的課堂教學設計思路。分析發現,重視寫作內容的發掘、寫作過程的指導、寫作結果的評價以及寫作課堂交際策略的使用有助於明確寫作評價與反饋的課堂教學設計思路。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa ring winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. My winter vacation

A great change is now taking place in higher ecation throughout our country. Teachers are being held responsible as never before for how well they serve their students. It has become as common in colleges and universities for students to grade teachers as for teachers to grade students. In some universities students』 rating has even become the only source of information on teaching effectiveness.

This, however, has caused great controversy. Some are in favor of the rating system. They hold that since students attend the teachers classes everyday, they should have their opinion about their teachers』 effectiveness. Others, on the contrary, are strongly against it. They think that students』 rating is easy to administer and score, but it also is easy to abuse. They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students』 rating forms. Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject.
These judgments require professional knowledge, which is best left for the teachers』 colleagues.

I think students』 rating of their teachers is necessary, but it should be concted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers』 performance. Instead of rating the teachers』 knowledge on the subject, students should be asked to estimate what they themselves have leaned in a course, and to report on such things as a teacher』s ability to communicate with students, his relationship with students, and his ability to arouse interest in the subject.

寫作思路：不要平鋪直敘地進行，要注意及時地、不斷地變化描寫的角度，使描寫更加具體，回給讀者主體化之感。做答到條理清楚、自然、明白，不雜亂，要傾注自己的思想感情。

2、 有親和力。上課時老師始終面帶笑容，平等待人，對學生耐心啟發，循循誘導，課堂氣氛輕松和諧。在這種氛圍下能充分發揮學生的積極性和能動性。

3、 應變能力強。能妥善解決課堂上出現的隨機問題，並與教師設計的課堂進程以及提出的各項要求同步。
