四、圖表作文寫作模板:

⑵ 英語應用文的書寫格式

英語書寫格式
字母大寫

正確地使用大寫字母是寫作中一個不能疏忽的問題。大寫字母除了用於句首、稱呼、專有名詞等外,下面幾種情況也應予以注意:

1.句子中直接引語的第一個字母要大寫無論「某某說」一類的說明語是在句首還是在句尾。如:She said, "It is unreasonable to such a thing."

但當直接引語是一個句子的繼續時,則不用大寫字母。

如:"It is unreasonable," she said,"to expect such a thing."

2.表示學校里學科的名詞的第一個字母一般用小寫,但語言學科,如Chinese,English等、第一個字母則要大寫。如果學科名詞被看作是課程中的一項,或考試的一個項目,則第一個字母要大寫。如下面兩句中的history的第一個字母分別用了大寫和小寫。

He is very interested in history.
He passed in History but failed in Geometry.

3.表示親屬關系的普通名詞有時專指某一個人,其作用相當於專有名詞,這時第一個字母可用大寫。如:

We went to the hospital to Grandfather.
What does it mean,Mother?

這類名詞第一個字毋大寫時,前面都無my或your等限定詞。

4.普通名詞的第一個字母一般應小寫,但當它們作為專有名詞的一部分時應該大寫。如下面兩句中的Professor的第一個字母分別用了大寫和小寫:

She knew Professor Smith.
She knew the Professor.

英文書寫和移行

英文書寫應符合書寫規范,英文字母要寫清楚、寫整齊、寫美觀,字母的大小和字母之間的距離要勻稱。書寫應做到字形秀麗漂亮,通篇勻稱和諧。

寫英文字母要掌握正確筆順。如字母i,應該先寫下面的部分,然後再打點。有的學生卻按寫漢字的習慣從上到下寫,寫快了,就會把點和下面的十筆連在量起,顯得十分別扭。字形t應為兩筆。不少人卻將兩筆合成一筆,看上去不像t,倒像l或是e,難以辨認。另外,把r寫成v,把q寫成把g,把k寫成h等等,都是中學生書寫中常見的毛病。

不少人在四線三格的練習紙上書寫尚有規矩,能按字母的占格、高低和大小要求書寫,但在白紙或橫線紙上書寫,卻顯得十分幼稚拙劣。字母或跳上跳下,或一律寫成同一高度,占上中兩格的字母與佔中下兩格的字母完全沒有高低之別。這些現象都要防止。

另外,書寫時還要注意詞與詞之間要保持一定的距離,不能緊靠在一起。字母之間的連寫也應該按照習慣,不能隨意亂來。

在一篇字數有限的作文里,我們還要注意盡量不把一個單詞拆開移行。萬一要移行,則必須以音節為單位進行,如revolution這個詞,依照音節移行的原則可以按re-,revo-, revolu-這幾種方法移行。在移行時,我們還應特別注意以下幾點:

1. 單音節詞不能移行,即使是字母較多的單音節詞,如through等也不能例外。

2.縮略詞如Mr.,Dr.等不能和後面的名字拆開移行。

縮略的專用名詞如U.K.,U.S.A等也不能拆開移行。

3.時間、量度及貨幣單位應視為一個整體;不能分開移行。如;

11:00P.M.應寫在一行內,不能將11:00和P.M.分開移行;寫38℃時,不能將36和C分開移行。

4.由「年、月、日」表示的日期,如果必須分開移行只能將「月、日」與「年」分開。如January 6,1980不能將January和6分開移行,但可以把January 6,和1980分成兩行。

5.含雙寫輔音字母的單詞,在移行時要將輔音字母拆開。如better可拆成better,necessary可拆成necessary。

但如果雙寫輔音字母屬於詞根,後面又加了後綴,就不能將兩個輔音字母拆開。如drill加上-ing後構成了drilling,就不可以將它拆成成dril-ling,而只能拆為drilling。

行款格式

一篇好的作文,不僅要求內容吸引人,文章層次清楚,而且卷面也要求整潔美觀。卷面是文章給人的第一印象,字寫得是否正確好看,標點符號用得是否恰當,,行款是否合乎格式,這些都直接影響文章內容的表達,影響讀者對文章的評價。在高校入學考試中,有些學生就是因卷面不好而影響了分數。因此,書寫格式對寫作來說,是相當重要的。

一、行款格式
英文作文的行款格式有以下三點。

1.四邊的距離
使用橫線紙書寫時,要在紙的左右兩邊留約3.6厘米的空白。使用空白紙書寫時,紙的上下兩邊留約6厘米的空白;

2. 題目的寫法
題目應寫在第一行的中間,題目左右兩邊的空白距離大致相等。

題目的第一個單詞的第一個字母必須大寫。從第二個單詞起,其中每個實義詞的第一個字母大寫,而冠詞、介詞和連詞的第一個字母則一般小寫。如:
A Day to Remembcr
Let's Go in for Sports

題目的另一種寫法是所有單詞的第一個字母全部用大寫。如:

My Life As Factory Worker
A Walk Under The Rain

寫題目不要用括弧或引號。題目後除了問號和感嘆號之外,不加其它標點符號。

3.文章本體
文章第一段的第一行應與題目隔一行或兩行。每段的開頭一般應該縮格;即向右縮進約四個字母的間隔;單詞與單。詞之間須留一個字字母的間隔,句與句之間須留兩個字母的間隔。假若每行的最後一個單詞寫不下,最好不要輕易拆字移行,可將該單詞移到後一行去書寫。書寫時,不要因為一行末尾還有一點空間就把一個詞的前半截硬塞在那裡,造成非移行不可的局面。實際上,移行過多是書寫、打字或排印質量不高的表現。不必過份地去追求右邊的整齊,寧可多空一些,每行長短錯落,要比移行過多看上去舒服。

標點符號

英語的標點符號與漢語的標點符號在形式上與使用上大同小異。中學生容易疏忽的地方,大致有以下幾處:

1.英語句號是實心點,而不是小圓圈,如果英語的何號也和漢語一樣,則容易和字母「o」相混淆。

2.英語的省略號「…」是3點,不是像漢語那樣用6點「……」

3. 字元號不要寫得太長,寫長了容易跟破折號混淆。其長度應該與一個字母的寬度相當。破折號的長度約占兩個字母的位置。書寫破折號時,與前後的單詞應有一定的距離。

4.英語中沒有頓號「、」。要表示句中較短的並列詞語之間的停頓,漢語習慣用頓號,而英語只能用逗號;漢語中連詞「和」、「及」等之前不可用頓號,而英語中連接一系列並列項目的「and」或「or」之前往往可以用逗號。

5.使用所有格符號時,要注意放在正確的位置上,以免引起意義上的混淆。如my fatller's book不能寫成my fathers』book。

6. 漢語中直接引語前的「某某說」等詞語之後一律用冒號。而英語中既可用逗號,也可用冒號。當「某某說」等詞語在直接引語後時,漢語的引語末尾用句號,而英語一般用逗號。如句子 "It's none of your business," the young men said rudely.的漢語譯文是:「這不管你的事。」年輕人粗暴地說。

7. 問號用在直接疑問句之後。間接疑問句是作為一個從句來處理的,不能用問號。如 I didn't know what he meant by that.

8. 英語中沒有書名號《 》,書名一般用引號。如:Yesterday she saw an English film "Gone with the Wind"

9. 文章每行的起首除了引號和括弧外,不應書寫其它標點,引號和括弧最好標在同一行中。句子較長時,可以分行標號,但千萬不能顧頭不顧尾。

⑶ 求英語高中寫作模板!

第一段(引言段)S(1)引出主題(topic),即本文要討論的問題。
S(2)確立論點(thesis),即表明自己在這回個問答題上的基本看法。

一.英語應用文寫作之便條寫法:
