如何提高英語聽力？（鐵杵磨成針呵）
大概需要注意這些問題；
第一、 自身准確的發音。自身准確地道的英語發音不能讓你在聽力上面無往不利，但是不準確不地道的發音絕對不能有效的解決聽力問題。而准確地道的發音往往又得之於在聽力中糾正自己的發音。兩者是互相進行的。
第二、 閱讀應與聽力練習同時，同比重的進行。很多人為提高聽力把所有時間都集中在聽力材料的練習上。我肯定的說，這是個錯誤。我們不是生活在國外，你無論怎樣營造，都不能有一個真正的外國的文化氛圍在你身邊，這一個已經可以說明只注重單一的聽力練習是錯誤的。其次，聽力練習中，你接觸到多少信息呢？這個信息包括詞彙、語法、習慣用法、文化等等在接觸材料時能夠遇到的所有東西。我敢說你聽十盒磁帶不及我讀一本原著的信息量。如果別人的說話內容超出了你那聽得滾瓜爛熟的磁帶內容，你是否有信心聽懂？這可是十分自然的事情，你自己日常的說話內容，是否可以用十盒磁帶來裝得下來。只要你發音正確，你在閱讀時接觸到的詞，如果讓你在聽的時候遇到，很多都有可能聽懂。倘若你的聽力目標是想聽什麼就能聽懂什麼的話，閱讀起到的作用更是舉足輕重。同時，如果你連在閱讀中都無法讀懂的句子，你在聽力中能夠聽懂嗎？我想來個總結：詞彙量和語法是閱讀的關鍵，閱讀量的多少以及閱讀能力的好壞決定聽說能力的高低，而我們學習語言，又必須從聽說開始。
第三、 VOA Special English是很好的聽力材料，但是你已經聽夠了，給點信心自己，聽一些外國人正常語速的東西。你不可能要求外國人用Special English的語速說話給你聽。事實上Special English和正常的說話之間的差別並不是大家想的那麼小，而語速對聽力的影響更不是想像中那麼微弱，往往是起了決定性的影響的。因為正常語速跟慢速之間不同的地方實在太多，譬如連讀、省略、輕讀、模糊等等，這些都是影響聽懂與否的關鍵要素。Special English里全是完整的句子，可是實際上正常的說話表達才不需要那麼正兒八經呢？你是否有信心聽懂？況且Special English里更遇不到豐富的詞彙，復雜的結構。聽了幾個月或半年的特別英語，別想自己還是特別的了，聽聽正常的東西吧。但是，我還認為，VOA Special English應該不間斷的聽，只是不能把重點放在上面了。因為VOA Special English不但是入門英語中不可多得的聽力材料，也是糾正發音的絕佳材料。無論你英語學習到達了什麼程度，我到希望你能夠不斷聽Special English。
第四、 專心聽懂一盒磁帶比你囫圇吞棗的聽了十盒磁帶的效果要好得多。我們記憶單詞平時是用眼看心記，雖然你是認識了這個單詞，但很可能你還是聽不懂這個單詞，聽力練習時是用耳朵對單詞的再熟悉。精聽了一盒磁帶你用耳朵記憶了這盒磁帶里所有的單詞和句子、發音、語調等等。泛聽十盒磁帶，你記不了多少東西的。
第五、 精聽的同時，泛聽十分重要。好像跟上面自相矛盾的樣子。請聽我解釋。泛聽有精聽得不到的東西，我說的卻不是很多人認為在泛聽中得到的信息量。其實泛聽聽懂的實在不多，哪來什麼信息量？泛聽中我想強調的是：語速、語調。讓你習慣正常的語速。我們在精聽時都是不斷反復聽同一句話的，可是實際上別人只會說一次給你聽。請在泛聽中讓自己習慣別人用正常語速，只說一次的情況。你不會要求預報天氣的說一句後又重復一次吧。
第六、 如何精聽？我不贊成無論聽什麼都在聽懂了後再根據錄音默寫一遍。至少不贊成聽每一篇聽力材料都聽寫。原因之一是聽力有時候更多注重「量」。你沒有聽過的東西即使是漢語你也大概不會懂吧。我的建議是：挑選認為典型的材料再聽寫。那麼精聽要精到什麼程度呢？聽一句復述一句，或者就跟著錄音一起讀。（當然是不能看著文本啦。）這樣效果不比聽寫查，所費時間要省得多。
第七、 如何泛聽？看電影是泛聽。聽實時廣播是泛聽，看電視是泛聽，盡可能接觸更多正常的原始音頻。你可以反反復復聽同一盒磁帶，直到興味索然。只要不停頓就是泛聽。泛聽過程中，你也可以將錄音就轉為精聽。並沒有嚴格的界限。只是要記得，泛聽的目的是讓自己習慣正常的語速，或者說，習慣外國人的正常的交流是怎樣的。關注的是語速、連讀、略音等等只有連續說話才會有的東西。
第八、 別理會什麼聽力技巧。那些技巧只能在考試時幫你的忙。以前讀高中的時候，老師教了許多的閱讀技巧，說看文章可以找主題句，主題句可以找關鍵詞，單詞不懂可以猜。這些閱讀技巧在考試時大概有用吧，至少我沒有用過。因為我的詞彙量大，語感好，別人還沒有找到主題句我已經讀完整篇文章了。你相信整篇文章還是相信僅僅一句主題句？在閱讀原著時，這些技巧更加一點作用也沒有。又如聽力技巧，聽關鍵詞，遇到不懂的單詞先別理會，繼續聽可能就明白了它的意思了。我們中國人說話有沒有聽關鍵詞的？如果你在口譯中只聽關鍵詞，你膽敢就此口譯出來？只聽關鍵詞你能夠弄懂一部電影中多少東西？更重要的是，在正常的語速當中，你能夠找到多少個關鍵詞？你還有時間回頭想剛才沒有聽出來的那個單詞？恐怕你早就忘了。
第九、 關注一下常用的單詞。外國人說話不是每一句都用你不懂的單詞說的。你聽不懂的往往就是最常用的，而且是你已經掌握了的單詞。只是它們在常速、連讀、略音下使你以為是生詞而已。相信大家已經深有體會了。那些是常用的單詞？在聽力中譬如have，go，you，where，when，him，them等等就是（當然還有其他啦）。在這里，VOA Special English有好與不好的地方。它能讓你清楚這些常用單詞的發音，它不能讓你知道正常的交際中這些單詞怎樣發音。
第十、 英語學習是終身的事情，聽力練習也是一樣。別想著我強化練習半年，終於聽懂手頭上幾十盒磁帶了，以後再也不會遇到問題了。幾十盒磁帶以外的東西你是否能夠聽懂？信息瞬息萬變，今天的新聞你聽懂，明天的你也十拿九穩聽懂？我自己不敢說。
第十一、 別急，聽不懂是很自然的事情。不是你的錯，不是別人比你聰明，只是別人練習得比你多而已。慢慢練習，把自己融入英語的世界裡，隨著時間的流逝，你會看到成績的。

不知道你現在的聽力水平專到達了一個什麼境界屬,不過我建議你可以多看看原聲的外國電影,不要加字幕,這樣可以集中注意力,也許一開始可能看不懂,但是時間長了,會有收獲的...
所謂的一瞬間,也不過是你長期積累下來的結果,正常情況下都是循序漸進的,可能自己沒察覺到....

英語三級聽力應該說不是很難的，語速比較慢，在做題目的時候建議提前快速看一下所有的選項，在聽的時候不一定要沒句都聽懂，在你看答案的基礎上注意抓住關鍵的語句或是詞語就能夠做的很好了！祝你成功！

聽力上來的話你的寫作和閱讀也會相應提高~~聽力的話 想有質的飛躍
0.如果有毅力，每天聽寫一段短文 可以是六級SECTION B里的 兩分鍾的音頻可能要聽寫1一個小時 沒關系 我一開始也這樣，慢慢你會看到自己的進步和縮短的時間~~注意，一句一句聽，不要兩個單詞就按下暫停鍵。堅決不看原文，每句重復5遍就過。 這樣你的聽力20天一定會有質的飛躍~~
如果不是考六級 而是專八或者托福 就用VOA 考雅思用BBC 每天的材料根據自己的基礎兩分鍾到五分鍾不等。如果考托福 建議單獨拿出時間來背專業詞彙（有一本叫詞以類記）。要電子版的話我也可以給你發。
另外 我覺得你一遍能聽懂70%基礎應該不錯，我建議你練習一下注意力分配問題。這在任何考試中都很重要。人的注意力不可能100%集中，所以即使你聽中文，也不可能100%記住，何況不是母語。（專注力訓練可追問~）
1.母語級聽力的最佳訓練方法是每聽30秒復述原文，不是一字不落，而是復述大意。能不能聽懂，是指能retell下來多少。
檢測方法：聽30秒，英文復述，對照原文，看到底有%幾。
2 英文筆記，我做翻譯，所以托福的6分鍾講座聽力我可以全記下來，但你不做翻譯可以跳過。
3 放大效應，聽5遍後看原文！劃出聽不出的單詞，爆破音和連讀，反復讀10遍以上！（同傳訓練方法），再反復聽聽力，力求全部聽出每個單詞。
4 影子訓練 也就是同傳訓練里的分腦訓練，為了抗干擾。寫20個加減法（兩位數或三位數，不宜太簡單）一邊聽一邊算數（建議聽力較好時使用）
5 交傳訓練，每聽一句話，按暫停，立即翻譯，這樣會大大降低你考試時的反應時間~~
6 同傳訓練，可能有點困難，再完成步驟3後，以30秒為單位，不按暫停，立即出聲翻譯成中文，果斷舍棄聽不懂或跟不上的部分。這終於解決了你考試有時 你還在想前句話的意思而後一句已經開始讀了而你卻沒聽見這個最要命有木有
7 文章結構劃分，這需要1-2個月時間才能成行，用精聽過的文章。70%-80%都聽在點子上絕對聽力滿分了
TIPS: 必須強調 1.不要泛聽！堅決不要！會養成不好習慣！（泛聽是頂級高手做的）
2.不要閉眼！不要！
3. 以上7點按順序做，每天的音頻長度2到5分鍾，聽寫建議每周2-5篇，精聽只要不聽寫就做。
4 再次強調，以上6點，放大效應最重要~~~7如果真想練可以追問~
5 每天訓練時長1-3小時（非英文專業），10-15小時（英文專業）
6 要給自己心裡暗示，對自己說：第一遍我就是能懂！不要把希望寄託在第二遍！
7 聽的時候放鬆聽，越緊越不容易集中精力。
