so people turn to celebrate on 28 Feb or 1st March.every year there is one tradition in the UK associated to the 29 Feb introce to,(這句也不是很清楚) many centuries agowomen were allowed to break the tradition on purpose to their boyfriend on this day.this is started at the 5th centuiy.when the famous Irish saint,Briget complained to ST.Patrick another famous saint said any woman yelling for purpose could ask their boyfriend to marry them on the traditional day in Feb.
