第一，選擇合適的聽力材料很重要
其實練好聽力並專不是說買屬的材料越多，英語聽力水平就會越好！選擇適合的才是最重要的，中考可以多聽新概念第二冊。其次，多掌握一些聽力背景知識。比如VOA新聞裡面經常會出現的專有名詞，包括一些地名，國家的名稱還有一些英語俚語、習語以及慣用語等。一般要先聽懂整體的大意，接著把握英語的語音語調，最後再來學習單詞，語法。這樣進行反復的練習，一定會大大提高英語聽力水平。
第二，經常收看英語節目，多看英文電影
可以有選擇性的收看自己感興趣的英語節目，由視覺刺激來強化聽覺，不管是對於練習聽力還是口語都有很大的幫助。看英文電影是很多人的愛好之一。用能飛英語學習軟體看英文電影學英語，不僅可以提高聽力水平，也可以提升口語表達能力。剛開始大家盡量不要去看中文字幕，如果實在不懂看中文字幕也是可以提高英語水平的。
第三，任何訓練堅持才是王道
