趁暑假休息時，可以多看一些英美劇，我的聽力口語就是靠刷英劇出來的。
根據你們當地的教材，比如牛津英語就是英式英語，推薦看英劇。
當然看劇的時候先不看字幕，遇到聽不懂的再倒回去看比較有效。
網上其實有很多資源，聽力只有多聽，才能進步。
比如BBC，CNN新聞，都是很好的素材，可以進行聽寫，增加詞彙量。
聽力還有一點是要會抓關鍵詞。考試時題目上圈圈劃劃很重要，也要學會快記。
口語，主要還是多說，不要羞於啟齒，不一定全是真實的，只要邏輯語法正確，是自己會說，說得好的，就可以。
不過高中的口語的話，要求可能是語法准確，句式不單一。不要有過多的停頓，譬如em之類的，可以去學一些連詞，承接句。
由於我本人用的教材都是英式的。我覺得雅思是一個很好的教材，網上都找得到資源的。雅思高分口試的視頻例子，未必是用的特別難的句式，勝在口齒發音清晰，邏輯清楚，連貫沒有過多停頓。聽力的教材其實只要是英文的就都能拿來聽，不過不建議英語歌。
還有就是要多積累詞彙，短語，句型。對你英語學習會有很大幫助。
還有一條基於我自身的經驗，我從小學英語，不管是什麼教材的，只要在家裡，都會循環播放放錄音帶，就把英語當背景音樂，在這個環境下，自然而然地就會習慣英語。

推薦本人當初的練抄習材料，雖然襲很鬼畜很變態但是很方便很省時還能長見識。如果你以後有意向出國留學或者學英語專業都是很不錯的。
叫SSS。America Sixty Seconds Science。
每天有一段報到。只有1分鍾。所以語速略快，比較鬼畜。但是不要灰心，反正才1分鍾長。
先自己聽兩遍，然後看稿子。可以去普特網搜，它每次都附帶原稿。由於短，所以盡管有不認識的新詞，記起來也不會很辛苦。而且一般它上面的內容都涉及科普知識，比較有趣，更幫助記憶新單詞。
看過稿子後，嘗試背誦下新詞，不需要會寫，只要瞟眼大致知道什麼意思就好。然後再脫稿聽一遍。最後再看稿聽一遍。
一天下來也就花個10來分鍾。但是堅持一個禮拜，再回去聽高中的聽力段子，你絕對會嫌它太慢了！哈哈~
PS：很多人為了娛樂學習兩不誤就會選擇看美劇電影什麼的說是學英語。但必須提醒你，這很沒效率。通過電影學不是不行，但前提是你必須至少看3遍。第一遍你肯的那個注意劇情了，第二遍大致熟悉台詞了，第三遍才開始注意人物說的英語。這很浪費時間，而且連看三遍，即使再喜歡看電影也會惡心的吧……

新東方大家都了解 就不多說了 就是新東方的口語教的不如英孚
英孚比新東方貴很多 因為是外教教學 但是口語提高的會很快
另外如果你在武漢的話 可以常去光谷的Mr Mai's Coffee House 它實際上是個英語角 會有很多老外去那裡 經常和他們聊天口語提高的也會很快
要是去新加坡的話 就自求多福吧 因為新加坡人英語的口音相當重 需要去之後花一段時間適應 我就在新加坡上學 然後我聽力空iyudou還不錯了 大概花了4個月適應口音
然後襄樊我記得也有新東方的
去新加坡要是想上公立大學就的考雅思和ALEVEL才可以
如果不考ALEVEL說不定就只能申請私立大學
