1。www.putclub.com這個網站是專門訓練聽力的網站。有很多的節目。BBC,VOA, AP news, discovery,etc.他的bbs里還有很多的英語發燒友會把當天的各個節目聽寫下來，你也可以聽聽看，然後對照他們的聽寫比較一下。
2。www.listeningexpress.com這里也是專門訓練聽力的。也有免費下載的，也有他們給你准備好的光碟可以購買的。我看中這個網站是因為免費下載里有一個節目叫做 「空中美語」。不知道你有沒有聽過這個節目，我覺得這個節目非常好。因為是一個談話節目，可以練聽力，也可以模仿練口語，而且他們談論的話題一般都是熱門話題，也可以長詞彙量啊。

一個叫小紅的漢族小姑娘是老奶奶的鄰居。小紅每次看見老奶奶做家務活的辛苦樣子時，都會不由自主的產生同情之心。她決定去幫助老奶奶做家務活。有一天，小紅看見老奶奶，一隻手拐著拐杖，另一隻手拿著洗衣服的棒子，艱難的在洗衣服。小紅跑到老奶奶的面前，親熱的對老奶奶說：「奶奶，讓我來幫您洗吧，您到一旁歇歇吧！」老奶奶一聽連忙把手搖了搖說：「小紅，不用了，不用了，我自己來。」但小紅堅定的說：「不要緊的，我長大了嗎，幫您作家務活是應該的嗎。」老奶奶聽了，沒辦法，只好讓小紅做。於是小紅又是搓，又是打，一件件臟兮兮的衣服，被小紅洗過像是剛買來一樣干凈。小紅幹完了活，剛准備走。卻被老奶奶抱住了，老奶奶那張熱乎乎的臉緊貼著小紅，嘴裡還說：「小紅你真棒！」小紅害羞的說：「沒什麼，沒什麼。」
從此，小紅經常在生活上幫助老奶奶。雖然小紅和老奶奶不是親人，但她們的愛卻比親人還深

聽力開始前先看一下題目，邊看邊猜該選什麼。若在題目中出現不懂回得單詞，不要心答慌，自己推測一下該單詞的意思。聽力材料開始時，帶著問題去聽，注意短文聽力不一定每一道題都按順序問，要找准題目做答。如果聽力完了之後，有一些題目未能完成，就把自己原先猜的答案填上去。最後一點要注意的是，做選擇題特別是聽力的，要相信自己的第一感覺，不要隨意改動。
