不要看原文，先完整的聽一遍（大致知道講什麼就行了），再分句聽，聽一句暫回停，復述出來或者寫下來答（個人認為說出來就可以了比較方便），復述不出就重復聽，整篇這樣說完，完整放全文跟著讀，還是不要看原文！最後把不認識的單詞和好的句子整理在本子上背出來就好。這樣堅持一個月肯定有效果！
