平時沒事時就聽聽英語，隨便什麼課文、對話都行，反反復復聽，聽到能順口背出為止，這個聽起來很快的，可以培養語感，對英語整體都有好處。這個，你不一定要中規中矩，坐在書桌前，你可以一邊聽，一邊干其他的事情，只要確保耳朵聽著就行了，高興時也可以跟著一起說說。吃飯時也可以聽聽，然後再想想聽的內容。你會發現英語其實很有趣。
然後做一些聽力的練習，歸歸類，總結總結，聽多了你會發現聽力其實就那麼幾類。
聽得時候，首先要看請題目問題，知道究竟要問什麼，看清選項，了解材料大概會說什麼，即心中有數！因為心中有數了，所以有時候有些選項在沒聽時就直接被排除掉了。然後把題中重點圈出，聽重點。如果涉及到時間、顏色、地點之類的，記得簡單在旁邊備注一下。這是因為有些題目中的時間之類的可能要計算，地點、人物、顏色之類的可能是答案。人物類的尤其要分清是哪個人說的。然後要注意理解獨白、對話、短文的意思。聽不懂沒關系，倒過來再聽，多聽幾遍，聽到聽懂為止。你可以嘗試邊聽，變把整句句子記下來。只要能他說一句你也能完整說得出就行。寫一下就更好了，反正也不費力。當然能把整篇邊聽能記，那你到大學就占優勢了。記得時候注意抓住句子主謂賓，就是誰幹了什麼事。長對話或短文時注意整體脈絡。
其實聽力本身在考試時存在著意外風險。我們不知道考場里會出什麼問題，譬如喇叭不行了、速度偏快了之類的，所以不管發生了什麼，你考生本人要保持冷靜。喇叭什麼的，你急或者生氣也沒用，還不如好好聽著。如果喇叭不行，我的經驗是你更要保持冷靜，豎起耳朵聽，因為它不可能沒聲音。沒聲音學校應該會再放一遍的，所以你不用著急。不放也沒關系，反正大家都沒聽清楚。語速快了更要保持冷靜，對自己充滿信心。你要相信你平常的練習，你要相信你是最棒的。你要知道在語速比平常快時有很大一部分人會不淡定，然這時你只要保持冷靜你就贏了，這時你盡量聽清楚，哪怕多聽到一句半句你就比他們優秀了。這時聽力很容易拉分的。聽不懂也沒關系，還是那句話，大家都不懂。當然平常練得好，考試時快一點也沒關系。這就要你平時基礎牢固了。如果入門了可能把平常練習時的聽力速度調快一點。以防萬一總不會錯的。
最後你可以看看一些美劇之類的，先挑一些容易聽懂的，有字幕的，邊聽邊看。等到一定時間後再換一些難一點的看看。現在市場上有好多有趣的英語練聽力的英文小說書，裡面有光碟。找個一兩本跟著mp3看看吧。有些光碟有字幕呢。要有中文整篇翻譯的，單詞備注的。到一定程度之後上網找寫新聞聽聽。
英語貴在堅持，最重要的是興趣。能夠發出此問的一定是一個愛學習的好孩子，堅持應該沒問題。
如果只是聽力不好，那就好辦了。整體不行也沒關系，八年級上半學期也來得及。態度好了，自己想學了，一切好辦。
