聽力一時半會兒提高不上去的，想提高得從每天的VOA慢速英語開始，也可以每天都聽新概念英語里的短文，由簡入深，日積月累才能見成效。旅遊口語的話建議可以從網上下載些旅遊英語口語背背，滬江、可可英語上都有很多。
本人的經驗是出國旅遊的時候，遇到問題又不好表達的時候，關鍵詞+肢體語言會給你很大幫助。出去的時候再帶個小冊子，或者手機裡面下個翻譯軟體都可以，現在網路、通信這么發達，出國旅遊也不用犯怵。

買那種新華書店有賣的小冊子自己學，基本的對話，有些書是專門關於旅遊的很實用，可以買有光碟和磁帶的自己聽然後跟讀。聽力和口語不是一天就能練成的，要多讀多聽。英式英語和美式英語的口語差很多，建議聽英式英語；法國人的英語講起來很怪，因為舌音的關系口音很重，就算你會英語也不一定能聽懂他們說什麼；義大利，荷蘭等別的國家也是。總之還是要好好學一下，再不成帶著電子詞典查給別人看
