你有新視野大學英語讀寫教程的光碟嗎？只要有那張光碟，就可以了！首先，你把光碟放進光碟機，它會自動播放。但你不必播放，而是從我的電腦中，找到光碟所在的位置，點右鍵「打開」，看見一排文件之後，點開「Pages」那個文件夾，之後再點開「sounds」那個文件夾，就會看見非常多的MP3音頻文件，這些是新視野大學英語讀寫教程中的所有聲音文件。這時，你就可以找到你要的課文錄音，復制到你MP3裡面就可以象聽音樂那樣聽了。例如：你想要Unit One Section A 的課文錄音的話，那就是「te-unit01-a」那個音頻文件，若要Unit Two Section B的課文錄音,那就是「te-unit02-b」，這里te代表「text」！明白了嗎？很方便的！
