我09高考 英語聽力滿分 英語129 不太好 但也是我們學校的文科英語第一了 現在是英語專業版大一學生
突擊權聽力的話 不建議聽VOA VOA 雖然有慢速 但是內容與高考沾邊不上
建議聽與課本相配套的磁帶或者MP3 高考內容是從課本上延伸開來的 課本是基礎
精聽泛聽相結合 每天爭取精聽半小時 干別的事情時候也可以聽 不認真聽 但是裨益不少 這樣一段時間後 你會發現 你跟你身邊人的聽力根本不是一個層次！！

還有就是 少用耳機 聽時聲音盡量小
聽多了 耳朵的聽力會衰退！我的親身經歷 切記！
