要想練好聽力，首先是要選擇適當的語音材料。什麼樣的語音材料才算「適當」呢？我認為，要注意以下四點：第一，所選語音材料必須地道、原汁原味；也就是說，你聽到的聲音，必須出自以英語為母語的人之口。聽力訓練就好比軍事演習，場景越貼近實戰，訓練效果就越好。同時，堅持聽純正的口音、地道的表達也會對自己的發音和口語有積極的幫助。第二，所選語音材料應盡可能包羅萬象，涵蓋不同領域、不同話題，既要有正式用語，又要有日常會話，絕對不能只聽新聞英語。第三，所選語音材料的難度應在自己的能力范圍之內，當把這些語音轉化為文字後，你應該能基本讀懂。如果讀不懂，換一段簡單點的，否則，你恐怕要白白浪費時間。只有循序漸進，逐步加大難度，才能獲得實質性的提高。第四，所選語音材料最好是正常語速。有人練聽力喜歡從VOA慢速英語開始，我倒覺得大可不必，只要難度在你能力范圍之內，完全可以大膽直接聽原速。事實上，我更希望說話人語速飛快，這就好比跟比你跑得快的人賽跑更容易提高一樣。
有了語音材料，應該怎樣去聽呢？你有兩種選擇：一種是利用零碎時間，如吃飯時、打掃清潔時、睡覺時等，在輕松愉快的氛圍中隨意地聽。這種聽法要求你連貫地、不重復地聽取大量語音材料，不需要聽懂每一句話，只需聽個大概就行。另一種是抽出一段專門的時間，集中精力全神貫注地去聽。這種聽法不要求你聽太多的內容，但務必要聽懂每一句話，把握每一個細節。由於我們與生俱來的惰性，大多數人會選擇前者。一邊享受美食，一邊練聽力，一舉兩得嘛，何必非要綳緊神經，絞盡腦汁地去聽呢。起初，我也這么想，可後來實踐證明，這種做法效果並不理想。我發現自己很難做到一心二用，當我吃飯時、打掃清潔時，我會一門心思撲在這件事上，至於收音機里講了些什麼，我是一概聽不進去的。如果是睡覺時聽，又往往聽不了幾句就會進入夢鄉（這個問題醫學家最好研究一下，省得費力去研製什麼安眠葯）。相比之下，後一種聽法雖然難度很大，實施過程十分痛苦，但只要咬牙堅持，將會在短時間內收到十分顯著的效果。我是這樣做的：選定一段語音材料，先完整地聽一遍，盡量聽懂主要意思，然後再逐句反復播放，必須聽懂每一個單詞，一遍不行十遍，十遍不行一百遍，直到聽懂為止。總之，聽力訓練沒有什麼捷徑可走，我奉勸各位朋友不要貪圖一時安逸而使自己的水平長期徘徊不前，正所謂「長痛不如短痛」，只有下定決心，不怕吃苦，才能有大的收獲。

在一堆英語學霸中多年摸爬滾打總結出來的方法：
方法一：泛聽加精聽，大量聽版聽力材料，包括各權種新聞、演講、英美劇、電影、訪談，泛聽聽懂70%即可，精聽要聽完能說出來。
方法二：大聲跟讀聽到的內容，直到流利跟讀下來為止，還順便練了口語。
方法三：聽寫，准備一份質量高的聽力材料，反復聽，直到把每個詞都寫出來為止，寫不出來的對照原材料，就能知道自己弱點在哪，然後集中訓練。
方法四：聽英語歌練聽力，聽寫歌詞，跟唱，主要練習聽吞音現象。
我之前看過課程《英語聽力技能與實踐》（可以在中國高校外語慕課平台搜），裡面還有很多練習聽力提高英語的方法，你可以都試試，找到最適合自己的方法。
其實最簡單的方法真的是多聽，哪怕你真的什麼都不做，聽得足夠多了也會有提高的。
最後，當你聽力提高一些之後，可以聽一句，然後暫停自己翻譯一句，對練習翻譯也很有用。

『玖』 高三 求好的英語聽力材料

普特英語網，可可聽力網，都有免費的資料下載。讀書時常用的網站。還有我們常聽內BBC類的廣播，不過可能有容點難，不適合。

聽力跟精聽和范聽。你需要加強精聽，不要心急。就是一份聽力文件反復聽，聽一遍後可以看一下原文，然後再聽，如此反復，知道聽懂每一個詞。這可以讓你掌握英語之間的連讀等等習慣。
范聽就是接觸多一些的材料。這樣自己在面對不同材料時都可以應對。

不知道從何開始，但是必須開始。告訴自己一點一點來，踏踏實實的，多一點進步就是成就。手忙腳亂是要不得的。

『拾』 要高三了，可是英語聽力完全聽不懂怎麼辦

完全不懂?
1 背單詞(聽力不懂很可能是詞彙障礙)
2 聽英語新聞(最好是下載的,聽一句暫停復述一句,復述不出就多聽幾遍,直到復述出為止,再停下一句)
3 聽寫英語新聞(短段的,速度也不用太快,高三英語上完估計也就VOA Special的速度差不多了.一分鍾左右的,每次從頭聽到尾,不許停!!!能記多少記多少,寫在有一行一行線的紙上,聽到的單詞大概在文章什麼位置就寫在紙上什麼位置,方面後面幾遍聽時把單詞填到空位里,直到把文章都聽出來為止)
4 看原版片或者美劇(你如果有聽力困難,那最好是有中英文字幕,英文印證聽力,補足聽力理解,中文對照英文練習翻譯,速度太快就暫停)
5 Conclusion:單詞要天天背,每天背個20分鍾差不多了,多了也沒意思,總之務必做到基本單詞一定全部熟練.2和3當中3更難,相對2來說是聽力和筆頭的復合練習,2更像是聽力+口語/理解,可以先做2再做3.4是需要一定基礎的,但也比較費時,見效對聽力來說較慢,就當練累了放鬆一下吧!2或3必須每天堅持,半小時到一小時為上.
基本就這樣吧,如果真是想好好提高聽力輕一定認真照做,這些都是我去上口譯課聽來的老師的經驗和我自己覺得有用,用得有用的好方法.不要求快,真的要求質量的話快不了的,慢慢來,總會有成果的.加油! ^_^
