㈡ 如何學好英語聽力

學好英語聽力的方法：

1、挑選難度適當的材料

大家一定要對自己的聽力水平有了解，這樣的話挑選材料的難度才會合適。難度適當的材料能讓我們走出舒適區，進入學習區，快速地取得進步。難度的選擇和聽力的速度也緊密相關。在學習過程中，一定可以根據自己水平調節聽力速度，讓其略高於自己的水平即可，這樣的學習最為高效。

2、聽力的量一定要大，盡量做到每天都聽

毫無疑問，蜻蜓點水式的訓練不足於真正幫你提升。語言是個技能，大量的聽，才能熟能生巧。在聽力達到高水平之前，耳朵如果有一天不接觸到英語，就有可能會生疏，一個禮拜不聽你就發現遲鈍！

所以不管怎麼樣每天你要固定聽一個東西，而且聽的東西可以反復，比如說你三天可以聽同樣的東西，但是每天都得聽。

3、訓練從Narrow input開始

什麼叫Narrow Input，就是與其廣泛地聽各種東西，今天聽新聞、明天看美劇、後天聽對話，不如把聽的材料限定在較窄的范圍內。這是因為在較窄范圍內，比如天天聽新聞，相近的語言材料出現重復的頻次就會提升，重復次數高，自然掌握的速度和效率就會高。

4、一定要精聽訓練

不是說泛聽不行，只是其效率遠低於精聽，很多同學想要看英文電影，就是為了提高聽力。但是其實這個效果不好，它不能快速達到聽力能力的提高，我們每天一定要注意精聽。

精聽就是既要聽主旨、也要聽細節、還要聽邏輯，只有當你聽到一段話，把這三者都聽出來之後，你才能夠真正的理解。一個非常好的檢驗標准就是，你是否能夠用中文轉述，如何可以，就表示真的懂了。同時精聽，也會強制你提升聽的次數，自然而然增加重復頻率。

提高聽力的注意點

1、不用過於正式。可以選擇上下班，上學路上、睡前等零碎時間隨意地聽。

2、不用過於摳字眼。一開始可以模糊的聽，在慢慢過渡到聽得清楚的階段。

3、要注意堅持。可以每天花幾分鍾或者十幾分鍾的時間聽聽，不能今天聽很久，明天就不聽了。主要是要有個重復、持續的過程。

總而言之，英語聽力沒有什麼捷徑走，相比較單詞記憶的方法，它更多的是「聽」。重復堅持的聽，選擇適合的材料聽，再加上口語交流運用，能更快的提升英語聽力。

當選項中出現比較概括、抽象的句子時，這時我們就要把表述事實的、具體的句子劃掉，而去選擇表概、抽象、比較性的句子！此原則可衍生出一個包含取大的原則，在作題時應用也是十分的廣泛，一般當兩個選項的意思接近時，表述比較全面的一般為正確選項！態度和虛擬保留原則

這兩種方法一般無單獨命題的規律性，只是作為上述四種宏觀方法的輔助方法出現，當只剩下兩個選項時，通常正態度的選項容易是正確答案，表虛擬的選項更容易是正確答案。
