中考，不好來說，應該是屬自於地方性質的考試，地方教委想用什麼用什麼了。
高考的話，比較遙遠的事了，不過多數都應該是混音。哪的都可能有。
其實英音和美音在中考和高考階段沒什麼特別大的差別，基本上都差不多。只不過老師一般都是美音+中式英語音的比較多。英音很少老師會用。看美國電影習慣都拐美音了。
