另一種是抽出一段專門的時間，集中精力全神貫注地去聽。這種聽法不要求你聽太多的內容，但務必要聽懂每一句話，把握每一個細節。由於我們與生俱來的惰性，大多數人會選擇前者。一邊享受美食，一邊練聽力，一舉兩得嘛，何必非要綳緊神經，絞盡腦汁地去聽呢。起初，我也這么想，可後來實踐證明，這種做法效果並不理想。我發現自己很難做到一心二用，當我吃飯時、打掃清潔時，我會一門心思撲在這件事上，至於收音機里講了些什麼，我是一概聽不進去的。如果是睡覺時聽，又往往聽不了幾句就會進入夢鄉。相比之下，後一種聽法雖然難度很大，實施過程十分痛苦，但只要咬牙堅持，將會在短時間內收到十分顯著的效果。我是這樣做的：選定一段語音材料，先完整地聽一遍，盡量聽懂主要意思，然後再逐句反復播放，必須聽懂每一個單詞，一遍不行十遍，十遍不行一百遍，直到聽懂為止。
注意事項：
無論是口語還是聽力，都要堅持不懈，希望可以通過自己的努力，達到學習英語的目的。
