M: Well, I』d love to share with you my personal opinions on city life and life in small towns. I grew up in a small town until I was 18 and then moved to a big city, so I have experienced the good and bad sides of both. I never thought that I would like living in a big city, but I was wrong. After ten years of living in one, I can』t imagine ever living in a small town again. Surely small towns and big cities both have some problems in terms of transport. In a small town, you have to own a car to make life comfortable. You can』t get around without one because there isn』t any kind of public transport. Big cities generally have heavy traffic and expensive parking, but there you have a choice of taking public transport, which is cheaper than driving. So, if you don』t have a car, you』d better live in the city. I also love the exciting life in big cities. I can always enjoy a lot of films, concerts, and other wonderful shows. However, these things are not common in small towns. The final thing I like about large cities is that you can meet different kinds of people. However, you seldom find such a variety of people in a smaller town. I think that living in an area where everyone was just like me would quickly become ll. Of course, safety should be considered, and that』s one area where small towns are better than big cities. Still, I would rather be a bit more careful and live in a large city than to feel safe but ll.

這個是不固定的，每年的人都不同。

語音是一門語言的基礎，只有學好發音，正確地讀出口來，才會聽的懂對方在說什麼。在聽聽力的時候，如果發音不標准，會聽不清楚個別單詞，就會導致聽不懂整個句子的意思。

專心聽懂一段英語對話比囫圇吞棗的聽了長篇文章的效果要好得多。記憶單詞平時是用眼看心記，雖然是認識了這個單詞，但很可能還是聽不懂這個單詞，聽力練習時是用耳朵對單詞的再熟悉。

根據自己的英語水平，購買權威的學習材料。在學會精聽之後，我們建議挑選一些認為典型的材料進行聽寫。或者進行跟讀，聽一句復述一句，水平高的人就可以跟著錄音一起讀。這樣的效果不比聽寫差，而且節約時間。

看電影和聽實時廣播都是泛聽，盡可能接觸更多正常的原始音頻。只要不停頓就是泛聽。泛聽的目的是讓自己習慣正常的語速，語調。關注只有連續說話才會有的連讀、略音等等。

英語聽力並不是聽的時間越長就越好，而是需要效率，時間太長只會讓覺得耳朵變得遲鈍，大腦反應變慢。所以貴在精，而不在多，每天可以只聽一個小時，甚至半個小時，但一定要保證這半個小時是完全做的有用功，而不是無效的僅僅是在於需要一個量的安慰。

聽不懂是很自然的事情。提高聽力是需要時間的，也沒有什麼捷徑可走。慢慢練習，堅持每天聽一定時間的英語，把自己融入英語的世界裡，隨著時間的流逝，會看到成績的。
