大學生六級筆試主要是注意聽力能力，翻譯，閱讀和作文能力。時間是15:10-17:25，考試專時長為130分鍾，屬總分710分，分為作文、聽力、閱讀、翻譯四個題型。

聽力：利用每一個題型前的Directions部分，快速瀏覽一遍選項，找到選項里的關鍵詞，這樣聽的時候也能快速找到重點。把聽到的關鍵信息，寫在對應的題旁邊，可以用來排除選項。注意利用每段題目開頭的direction的時間進行塗卡或者讀每個問題的時間快速確定選項，塗卡。

考生可以每兩天學習一篇逐句精解，每天至少兩小時。每天學習30個核心詞彙，在例句中掌握它的詞性詞義和固定搭配。每天一小時VOA或者BBC廣播聽力訓練，以及一次口語訓練。
