Objectives:

To memorize new words and phrases in this unit

To master the grammatical structure — “while+-ing” and “as” introduced clause

To improve students’ reading skill of distinguishing between facts and opinions

To learn to write a paragraph with a series of actions organized in order of sequence

To get to know something about the generation gap and the ways to communicate
between parents and children

To improve the listening skills for identifying numbers

To learn to ask for and give directions
