Assessment/Evaluation

l         Students show great interest in learning this kind of reading material related to culture. They show their different opinions about the character of the British people, the American people and the Chinese people.

l         Students are still weak in cultural knowledge. They even don’t know much about the Chinese culture so cultural knowledge input is quite necessary.

l         Students have difficulty in understanding Headline Vocabulary. They need much more practice.

l         Some students can’t finish the fast reading passages in limited time
